AFFECTED BY COVID-19
Update to customers and guests
As of the 19th March 2020 the board of directors have placed Inspire to Aspire Events Limited into a temporary state of commercial hibernation. This is solely as a consequence of the British Government imposing mandatory measures forcing the closure of all of its operations and therefore preventing its ability to trade. For now, all operations in their entirety have been suspended and all staff on Furlough. The Directors are undertaking work as per their legal duties to keep the business stable in this state of hibernation.
Any guest or customer of a product or service that hasn’t been delivered due to COVID-19 has been sent email correspondence outlining the position of the business. We have made clear that all services will be rescheduled and transferred to events later in 2020 or 2021 and guests will be compensated. Where guests have accepted a transfer, the liability in its entirety will be transferred to ITAE Productions Limited -a newly formed company. Inspire to Aspire Events is unable to operate any inbound phones or reply to emails until the government permits the business to reopen and run events at a commercially viable level. We are currently unable to give timeframes on when this will be.
Guests expecting refunds will be able to claim then once the events have been rescheduled and ticket sales resumed. We fully anticipate this being in place before December 2020 unless there is a second peak of COVID-19 and further restrictions imposed.
You may now see activity on some of the company’s branded social media pages and indeed resuming of certain activities. In order to survive the COVID-19 period Inspire to Aspire Events has granted the exclusive use of its intellectual property to ITAE Productions Limited -a completely separate and newly formed production company. ITAE Productions Limited will operate under some of Inspire to Aspire Events brand names and any profit from this trading activity will be used as liquidity keep Inspire to Aspire Events solvent until a time such that it can resume trading in its much loved business of live shows.
If you haven’t received emails from us, we urge you to check your junk, spam and archive folders as this is often where missing emails end up.
As of this statement all live events scheduled by Inspire to Aspire Events Limited due to take place before 31st August 2020 have been postponed until 2021. Ticket holders will be contacted in the coming weeks and months as events are rescheduled confirming their options.
In the mean time you do not need to do anything, we will reach out to you once the situation becomes clearer and we’re spry we’re unable to provide any more information or updates beyond this statement. We will update this statement again before 31st August 2020
