Direct Booking Coordinator
Basic Annual Salary: £22,000 + (£6,000 bonus scheme)
Hours: 40 per week, 9am - 5pm Monday
Holiday: 20 days plus 8 bank holidays
Location: ITAE Group- The Hub, High Street, Tamworth, Midlands
About the role
We are seeking to appoint a Direct Bookings Coordinator as we expand our team offering events to schools and colleges UK wide. You will promote and liaise with school contacts to organise events, promote the event programme and the value it has on student learning. You will help secure, source and distribute grant funding to schools managing the booking process completely.
You will be be smart and well presented and have a good telephone manner, you will pay attention to detail being confident, numerate and literate. You will be thorougher in keeping accurate and up to date records. You will be able to work independently and use your initiate to solve problems. You will be resilient and a team player when it comes to achieving wider company goals and ambitions. You will have an experience at producing contracts and raising invoices, building a school database and managing clients.
Have experience in keeping records up to date and using packages such as Excel, Word and preferably a financial package.
A good sickness/absence recording previous role
A good telephone manner and able to construct emails appropriately
Able to manage your own diary as well as others
