Event Promoter
Basic Salary: £22,000
Annual bonus: £6,000 paid quarterly
Hours: 40 per week Monday - Friday
Holiday: 20 days plus 8 bank holidays
Location: ITAE Group- The Hub, High Street, Tamworth, Midlands
About the role
Our event promoters have the sole responsibility of promoting our events on a national scale. You will be tasked with getting the message out there and building audiences at what we believe are the best events in the business. You will work as part of a growing team with access to a huge support network. You will be required to research appropriate contacts and reach out using phone calls and emails as well as social media platforms. You will coordinate a small team of researchers to plan mail drops as well as helping devise and implement various advertising campaigns.
About you
You will be sales driven and career focussed, you will be confident on the telephone and able to work to set targets. You will develop skills and an ability to deliver high quantity, high quality results which are measurable by ticket sales and event activation. You will be a quick learner and able to take well informed decisions as you manage your own workload and diary. You will be competent at sending well constructed emails, producing basic Excel spreadsheets and processing card transactions, you will need to be confident, positive and have a can do 'problem solving' attitude -you definitely won't take 'no' or can't' for an answer!
Essential requirements
At least 6 months in a sales based role or able to evidence where you have worked to and exceeded set targets
A good sickness/absence recording previous role
A good telephone manner and able to construct emails appropriately
Able to manage your own diary to efficiently meet targets
