At the ITAE Group we are committed to maintaining the trust and confidence of our visitors to our web site. In particular, we want you to know that the ITAE Group is not in the business of selling, renting or trading email lists with other companies and businesses for marketing purposes. We just don’t do that sort of thing. But just in case you don’t believe us, in this Privacy Policy, we’ve provided lots of detailed information on when and why we collect your personal information, how we use it, the limited conditions under which we may disclose it to others and how we keep it secure. Mailing lists

As part of the registration process for our monthly e-newsletter, we collect personal information. We use that information for a couple of reasons: to tell you about stuff you’ve asked us to tell you about; to contact you if we need to obtain or provide additional information; to check our records are right and to check every now and then that you’re happy and satisfied. We will notIfy you of new events in your area or inform you of events that are open for booking in a specific time window.

 

Ticketing data

“When you purchase a ticket (or tickets), merchandise, membership or gift voucher(s) through the ITAE Group Eventbrite Box Office or online your name, address data, email and contact number will be stored in our Box Office system, Eventbrite. You may, of course, purchase a ticket (or tickets) in person without supplying the aforementioned personal data. Please be assured that we do not share your personal details with any other company without your consent..”

 

We may share anonymised personal information with other organisations, particularly KAPLAN and The Thomas Lowde Group, who use this to analyse our audience development programmes, ticket sales and guest experiences to analyse the impact of our events. KAPLAN INTERNATIONAL may contact you with updates to their online portal following an ITAE Group event.

 

Many ITAE Group events are delivered in partnership with other companies and promoters. We will let them know about your booking and share your name and contact details with them but they can’t contact you unless you input your information into the specific part of the website that signs you up for their support materials. We will not share sensitive information or your payment details. You are entitled to view, amend, or delete the personal information that we hold. The ITAE Group operates a strict no refund or transfer policy on all tickets once purchased. Occasionally the ITAE Group may offer a refund to guests should the event be cancelled or postponed due to circumstances beyond our control. As per your consumer rights, you are entitled to a refund of the face value or any tickets purchased in associated with the event that that been cancelled or postponed. Should an event be affected by a cancellation or postponement, you will be notified by email using the email address inputted during the transaction. Please note, it is your responsibility to enter an accurate email address and ensure your mail box settings are updated to receive ITAE Group email correspondence. We advise you to monitor your general mailbox as well as spam and junk folders on a regular basis. You will have 7 days from the date of the email to contact our guest experience team using the online process as set out in our correspondence. Please note that refund request can take 14 days to be processed and 14 days to be credited back into your account. Booking fees are non refundable unless covered by the optional booking fee protection.
